ULTIMATE FOOD & WINE SOUTH AUSTRALIAN EXPERIENCE
Explore the Fleurieu Peninsula and the area’s fine food and wine. Travel south to the Coriole winery, a beautiful ironstone cellar, and Brian’s Olive to taste locally grown olives and olive oils. Visit Tatachilla wines for more wine tasting. After lunch, enjoy locally produced almonds at the Almond Train before a stop at Medlows Fine Gels and Chocolates. Visit famous d’Arenberg Cellar Door before returning to Adelaide.

HALF DAY ADELAIDE EXPLORER
From Victoria Square, head to Parliament House, a beautiful example of 19th century architecture. Enjoy morning tea and pastries on the banks of the Torrens River. Next it’s over the Morphett Street bridge and up the hill for amazing city views. Leaving the city, visit the historic town of Hahndorf. Returning to Adelaide, stop at Beerenberg
Farm, known for its jams, home-style pickles and sauces. Tour is 4

BAROSSA VALLEY EXPERIENCE
Travel north to the Barossa Valley. Admire the panoramic views from Menglers Hill Lookout. Enjoy lunch at an old villa with a lovely garden setting during summer and open fires inside during winter. This afternoon will be created to suit your palate. Whether you prefer red or white, dry or sweet, your guide will visit wineries appropriate to your taste. The day ends with a stop to view the most famous of all premium Australian wine, Grange. At Penfolds Magill Estate, enjoy a tasting in the original Still Room, tour the historic Magill Cellars and view a complete set of Grange. Return to Adelaide in the early evening.

ABORIGINAL CULTURAL TOUR
Travel through the Adelaide Hills with your 4WD guide, passing historic towns and meeting traditional Aboriginal people at “Camp Coorong.” Hear about their history, culture, beliefs and traditions. Join a basket-weaving workshop and try your hand at learning the local skills. See local plants used as food and medicine and experience some of the art, crafts and history of the Ngarrindjeri people.

SWIM WITH DOLPHINS
 Your guide will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the seaside suburb of Glenelg. Board a 55-foot catamaran for a short sail to see curious dolphins frolicking about. The interaction with swimmers can last over an hour, often spread over 3 to 4 swims with different pods of dolphins. Their grace and playfulness is stunning and the sound of their whistles and echolocation noises is mesmerizing—an unforgettable experience, with a 100% success rate of seeing dolphins. If you don’t wish to swim, just come along for the adventure and watch.
