DAY 1: ARRIVE AUCKLAND

On arrival you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel. Day at leisure to explore the “City of Sails.” Overnight: Auckland, Copthorne Anzac Avenue (standard), SKYCITY Hotel (first class) or Heritage Hotel (deluxe)

DAY 2: AUCKLAND TO BAY OF ISLANDS

Cross the Auckland Harbor Bridge and travel via the Hibiscus Coast to the beautiful Bay of Islands. Arrive in Paihia and enjoy a guided visit to the Waitangi Treaty House, where New Zealand’s most important document of state was signed. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight: Paihia, Bay of Islands, Kingsgate Hotel Autolodge Paihia (standard), Scenic Circle Bay of Islands Hotel (first class) or Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay of Islands (deluxe) for 2 nights

DAY 3: BAY OF ISLANDS AT LEISURE

Enjoy the many activities available—try an optional day excursion to Cape Reinga, deep sea fishing, 90 Mile Beach or a visit to historic Russell or Kerikeri.

DAY 4: BAY OF ISLANDS TO AUCKLAND

Cruise to Cape Brett and the famous “Hole in the Rock.” Enjoy your return coach trip to Auckland, arriving at approximately 8:15pm during the months of May and September, 9:15pm all other months.
