DAY 1: SYDNEY—BLUE MOUNTAINS

Enjoy breakfast at Featherdale Wildlife Park and meet kangaroos, emus, wombats, dingoes and more. During the journey to the Blue Mountains, stop at Mt Wilson for a short nature walk to learn about the native flora and marvel at the views of the Blue Mountains valley. After lunch at the historic Imperial Hotel, continue to your accommodation. The afternoon is at leisure. Overnight: Whispering Pines (B,L)

DAY 2: BLUE MOUNTAINS—HUNTER VALLEY

Today visit a farm for Devonshire morning tea or coffee and scones before entering the Hunter Valley wine areas. Enjoy tastings at 2 boutique wineries and lunch at a renowned Hunter Vineyard Cafe. Arrive at your Hunter Valley hotel after lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure. Overnight: Hunter Resort (B,L)

DAY 3: HUNTER VALLEY—SYDNEY

After breakfast, join the Hunter Valley Wine School for an informal tutorial of wine education including a walk through the vineyard, a tour of the winery and tastings. This afternoon commence your return journey to Sydney, arriving at approximately 5:30pm. (B)
