Day 1 Tue. Cairns at Leisure, Welcome Dinner.
Today is free for you to explore the tropical city of Cairns at your own leisure.
This evening you’re invited to a special Welcome Dinner at Cairns Night Zoo -
combining the typical Aussie BBQ with animal night spotlighting and a meeting with a
genuine ‘Swaggie’ by his campfire - he’ll offer you some billy tea and damper as you
get to know your crew and travel mates.

Day 2 Wed. Kuranda, Cairns Highlands.
Journey aboard the Kuranda Scenic Railway up to Rainforestation where you will
be welcomed by the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dancers. After some free time to explore
Kuranda and the famous markets, traverse the Kuranda Skyrail above the rainforest
canopy, passing the lush Cairns Highlands and waterfalls as you journey down the
range. Spend the rest of the day exploring Cairns for yourself.

Day 3 Thur. Great Barrier Reef, Freedom of Choice Touring, Dine Around Dinner.
Today explore the Great Barrier Reef with a choice of three Quicksilver cruises.
Afterwards, choose to dine at a selected local restaurant along the renowned
Macrossan Street or enjoy dinner and a quiet evening at the resort.
Stay: Port Douglas, Mantra Treetops Resort and Spa.

Day 4 Fri. Atherton Tablelands, Dunk Island.
Explore the lush Atherton Tablelands and enjoy a wildlife cruise on Lake Barrine.
Afterwards, take a short walk to beautiful Millaa Millaa Falls and marvel at the
unusual Curtain Fig Tree. From Mission Beach, join a relaxing cruise to Dunk Island
and enjoy dinner at the Resort.

Today is at leisure to discover all that Dunk Island has to offer.

Day 6 Sun. Townsville, Airlie Beach, Hamilton Island.
Leave Dunk Island and head through the heart of the tropics from Townsville to Airlie Beach.
Board a boat and cruise through the scenic Whitsunday Passage to Hamilton Island.
Two Night Stay: Hamilton Island Resort, Reef View Hotel, in Coral Sea View room.

Day 7 Mon. Hamilton Island, Dine Around Dinner.
Enjoy a day at leisure to explore Hamilton Island. Choose to dine at selected island
restaurants this evening.

Day 8 Tue. Mackay, Henderson Park Tour, Rockhampton.
Rejoin the coach at Shute Harbour and travel through Mackay to Rockhampton.
Tour Henderson Park then stroll in the Botanic Gardens. Henderson Park Farmstay
Upgrade Stay overnight on a cattle station, enjoying a night by the campfire and
a BBQ dinner. (Additional charge)

Today travel to Hervey Bay for your cruise to Fraser Island.

Today travel south to visit the iconic Australia Zoo. In the evening,
discover Brisbane’s culinary delights for yourself.

Travelling via the Gold Coast, visit bohemian Byron Bay on the way to the sub-tropical town of Coffs Harbour.
Tonight, dine at the Resort.

Day 13 Sun. Coffs Harbour, Sydney.
Travel through Big River country and coastal towns to Sydney where your tour concludes.
