Day 1: Kata Tjuta (the Olgas), Walpa (Olga) Gorge & Uluru Sunset Drinks
Arrive at Ayers Rock Airport before 1:00pm and transfer to your hotel. Travel to Kata Tjuta and walk into Walpa (Olga) Gorge. Travel to Uluru (Ayers Rock) late in the afternoon. Enjoy a complimentary glass of wine as you admire the ever-changing colors of Uluru at sunset. Overnight: Ayers Rock Resort, Outback Pioneer Hotel (standard), Desert Gardens Hotel (first class) or Sails in the Desert (deluxe)
Day 2: Uluru Base Tour—Kings Canyon
Rise early and enjoy a hot drink while watching the sun rise over Uluru. Walk to the waterhole of Mutitjulu and join the guided Mala Walk. Or, forgo the walks to climb Uluru and enjoy views from high above the desert. Visit the Cultural Center, then travel to Kings Canyon. Overnight: Kings Canyon Resort, Standard Rooms (standard and first class), Spa Rooms (deluxe) or upgrade to the EXCLUSIVE Kings Canyon Wilderness Lodge (additional cost)
Day 3: Kings Canyon—Alice Springs
Enter Watarrka National Park and travel to Kings Canyon for a choice of guided walks. The canyon floor walk takes you deep into the canyon or the rim walk for the more adventurous. Later, travel to Alice Springs, stopping at Kings Creek Station. Overnight: Alice Springs, Aurora Alice Springs (standard), Crowne Plaza Alice Springs (first class) or Alice Springs Resort (deluxe)
Day 4: Depart Alice Springs
Morning at leisure before transferring to the airport.
